What is the difference between the Classic Pump, Bold Block Heel and Lower Block Heel?
The Classic Pump is a 3-inch pointed-toe heel: polished, versatile and the style Ally started with. The Lower Block Heel sits at 2 inches with a wide, stable base, ideal for long days on your feet. The Bold Block Heel is chunkier and bolder with more stability and more presence. All three share the same ergonomic insole and handcrafted construction.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Full-price unworn heels are eligible for free exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery for US orders. Exchanges are always complimentary. If you prefer a refund, a $12.99 handling fee applies, waived if you opt for store credit instead. Full details on our returns and exchanges page.
