What is the return and exchange policy?
Full-price unworn loafers are eligible for free exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery for US orders. Exchanges are always complimentary. If you prefer a refund, a $12.99 handling fee applies, waived if you opt for store credit instead. Full details on our returns and exchanges page.
