Our Made-to-Order Process

If your size isn't currently in stock, don't worry. Your shoes will be handcrafted and delivered to your door. Made-to-order shoes ordered between 1/1/2023-2/6/2023 will be shipped out by end of February. Made-to-order shoes ordered after 2/6/2023 will have our usual 3-4 week lead time.

All made-to-order items are eligible for our 14-day return policy (Exceptions apply for sale items.)
